The icon is made on a wooden base (MDF), covered with several layers of varnish, which creates a perfectly smooth and wear-resistant surface to mechanical damage. For the manufacture of silver settings for icons (chasubles), metal with surface treatment is used, which includes a layer of pure silver 999.95 °. This gives the precious metal a unique quality that is superior to traditional production. The surface of the salary is varnished, thanks to which the products are resistant to external mechanical stress. The riza is partially decorated with gold, which allows it to retain its bright shine for a long time. Under the oklad (riza) there is a full image of the icon, made by digital silk-screen printing, also covered with a protective layer of PVC to protect it from moisture and ultraviolet radiation. The icon is packed in an individual bag and a quality gift box, equipped with an additional layer that protects the surface from mechanical damage. On the reverse side, the icon has a hole and a footboard, so you can easily place the icon on the wall or put it in your house.
